Is ASPSMS GDPR-compliant? Can we sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)? [Q1069]
Yes. Because all infrastructure is Switzerland-based and VADIAN.NET AG is ISO 27001 certified, ASPSMS meets GDPR requirements for organisations sending SMS to recipients in the EU/EEA. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) can be arranged for customers who require it for their own compliance documentation. Please contact the ASPSMS support or sales team to request one.
